Do I have to be in shape to get started?
Not at all. You’ll find that our classes for beginners are the perfect way to build up your overall fitness level regardless of your physical condition. Good luck!
Can I come and watch a class?
We encourage people to come and watch, especially parents to encourage and support their kids.
Am I too old to start martial arts training?
You're never to old to start to enjoy the benefits of martial arts. Boxing offers fantastic cardio and helps with weight management. Karate is great for stretching, strength and toning of your body and sharpening your memory.
Will I get hurt during the training?
Shoulder jerky biltong short ribs. Meatball beef pancetta ball tip cow turkey corned beef strip steak flank meatloaf cupim. Burgdoggen pork chop t-bone andouille drumstick.
What are the health requirements?
No heart problems. If you do have health issues we require a note from your physician and a waiver to be signed.
How much time need to learn boxing or karate?
It depends on your goals you can set with your instructor or coach. Devote at least 3 times a week if you want to really see progress.
Is there a danger of injury?
Of course there is. That's why we require a mouth piece, gloves, head gear and a coach monitoring any sparring. Safety is number 1 with us at Blues Gym.
What is the training schedule?
We are open every day for privates and group classes. Our group classes are mainly in the afternoons and evenings and weekends.
How many times a week does the lesson take place?
Classes are daily. You can schedule private lessons or group lessons with your coach.
How much is a membership?
Membership is $35 a month.
